Return Policy

At Designs by Chichi, we want you to shop confidently. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the conditions below. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty, damaged during shipping, or materially not as described.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or minor variations in colour or appearance.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

You must contact chichi.collaborations@gmail.com before sending any item.
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, notify us immediately upon receipt.
We may request photos or further information before approving a refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Bank processing times may vary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Intimates and personal care products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Perishables

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Designs by Chichi is not responsible for minor variations in colour, appearance, or design.
Refunds are limited to eligible cases as defined in this policy.

9. Shop With Confidence

Our 30-day return window allows you to report genuine issues.
Returns outside this policy cannot be accepted.
